It's not just you. It's a lot of women. Look at the popular romance novels for instance. All of them are about controlling, possessive, caveman types. I despise men like that, so I don't get it.

TBTH, I adore to that too much for my own good. it's never been good for me. I've another friend like you who LOATHES such men. She hates men in general, like us. 😆 😆

I HEART it in EXTREME moderation. Beyond that, I go out of my way in tiny ways, to annoy such men. Such FUN. 😆

Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not.

This Caveman macho is a female fantasy TBH. I don't think anyone wants a man like that in real life.

Met, yes. Liked? I FEEL LIKE STRANGLING THEM. 😡 😡

I've been friends with a few neanderthals who took it in their heads that they "love me." One was inordinately creepy!!! I had to cut him off because his behaviour was too too much for me to tolerate. He had broken up with a common friend who he was very in love with him, she was his support system etc. They were best friends (are you listening D?) and now she can't stand him.

He used to be over-possessive in general, and when I didn't reciprocate he went a bit berserk. He used to call my friends (who he didn't really know except a hi-bye) and enquire where I am. I used to scream, shout, get angry ,make fun - NOTHING WORKED. 😡

If my bra strap was peeking through, he would before I knew it, have pulled it up. There was such a physical violation in every word, gesture of his that it sickened me too much. If I broke off with him, he would call me 10-25 times a day. YES. Am not even kidding. I counted. This went on for nearly a year.

He would randomly, without anything happening, start screaming at me. When I would ask common friends, they would keep insisting that he behaves like this with everyone. BULLSHIT. It was only with me because he was depressed & obsessed.

WHY? WHY DO I ATTRACT SUCH MEN?!!!

He doesn't behave like this I believe. But I dunno.

He wasn't like this with anyone else, I used to say the same- HE NEEDS HELP.

But this was the argument given to me. Doesn't matter if it's with 1, or 100. HE NEEDED HELP.

My friend likes to say I've a light. A LIGHT that attracts such men. Also, there is something about me that makes such men fly to me like moths to light. GREAT. Am stuck with all the mediocre PSYCHOS of the world, while everyone else gets all the best men,

You are wonderful. And you deserve everything.

Men suck anyway. And every guy looks great from a distance. Everyone used to love and adore my ex too. I knew how he was. What you perceive to be good, is rarely so.
