Wattalapam orwattalapan is an egg and juggerybased pudding made just like custard pudding. There are some YT videos but in my estimate they don't do justice to the desert.

Since you are a veggie, I am not sure you will like it as this is egg based unless you eat eggs.

It is extremely delicious and very addictive
