Yes, we are talking about Apurva Agnihotri who was recently seen in a negative role in Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara (Star Plus).
Well, the talented actor has now been roped in to play the lead opposite Bollywood damsel Sonali Bendre in Balaji Telefilms' upcoming political tale for Life OK, titled Bade Dhoke Hai Is Raah Mein Pyaar Ke.
Yes, earlier the role was supposed to be played by Sameer Soni. Later, he got replaced by Parveen Dabbas. And now, sources confirm that Apurva has been finalized to play the prized role.
Also, seasoned actor Harsh Chhaya will be seen playing an important role. While Chhaya will be seen playing Bendre's husband who gets arrested on charges of corruption, Apurva will play the role of a rich guy, who would fall for Bendre later on.
We also hear that newbies Rohan Kapoor and Roopam will play important roles in the show. Rohan has been seen in quite a lot of commercial ads.
We dropped a text message to Apurva, but did not get any reply from him. Also our efforts to reach Chhaya were in vain.
We hear that the show is all set to go on floor in the coming week.

And now when there were reports about the show going off-air we hear that the lead actor ofSaraswatichandra, Gautam Rode has decided to quit the daily soap.

Sources inform that Gautam Rode, who plays the title role of Saraswatichandra in the daily soap has already put down his papers and will be quitting the show. The actor has been roped in for another show Mahakumbh to be made for Life OK. Mahakumbh is produced by director Arvind Babbal, who directed the initial episodes of Saraswatichandra. The show is about a kid, who has superpowers but he is unaware about it.
When contacted, Gautam Rode remained unavailable for comments.
