Yes I go by my full name at work. When someone new starts and they ask does she have a nickname...everyone yells no 😆 I don't like people at work shorten my name, since it sounds childish at times 😉

They don't find it hard, it's actually very easy since it's pronounced the way it's spelled so they don't mind, and if they did tough luck...it's Jignasha Damn it 😆 😉

I honestly gave up on correcting people on my name- it's a fruitless venture. I respond to every variation- and it's difficult to shorten, so no nicknames.
