Just tears in the cartilages .. it's much better than it was last year. I went for physiotherapy last year.. but then I don't do my exercises so its not healed completely.

Hope your daughter is enjoying the dance now. and not thinking about leaving it for ballet

I learned swimming now .. so I go swimming every day.. that has helped, and its not as boring as though physio exercises.. hopefully that will help it heal..
