Hi Riya...take lots of rest and fluids...I am the opposite the heat puts me to sleep instantly...when I was in India and with 40 plus degree and power cuts I use to nap like a dead😆

Aren't you lucky, sleep when it is so hot...I can't and can't have A/C on since I got dry cough and tonsil.

So it is bad here when one gets sick in hot weather.

Yes it knocks me out...no I dont like heat either cause whole day I feel lathargic...but I hope you get well soon😊...its hard being Sick...you start feeling irritated after couple days
