I made some cookies with honey as well for my brother, when I was with my family, since he is not allowed to take sugar, but he can take honey so I can still remember the beautiful smell and the taste of that cookies.😊

The picture that you posted and that coffee grinder remind me on my MIL <svekrvu> she always loved that we bring for her raw coffee beans, than she would roasted that beans in one pot only for that purpose, in the summer kitchen, and all the garden would smell on coffee, than she would grind it on a special coffee grinder (not the electric one) that takes ages to grind, but once she prepared coffee, that was something I remember still, the taste and the smell...just beautiful.
