stalking reading righting isnt against if coc ashi
neither is reporting after stalking if the reported post is found offensive
dunno what happens to posts that are unoffensive and yet reported wrongly..i vaguely remember reading that stalkers would be warned but i am not sure if that happens though

as it is i am sure RK the baazigar wanted to make sure we know its being read and probably geniunely liked otherwise everybody is wise enough to not let their presence know.
