I always treat myself to all the comfort food in the world (chocolates, red wine, ice-cream, etc.) after a break-up, I stop saying "no" when friends invite me for night-outs, I go out shopping, to the cinema, bookshops, etc... you see, it is natural to live a bigger life after break-ups, and almost all my ex-es were amazing people, so are you really sure about Raja Chaudhary being out of running???
