A quick HHBB ladies. Crazy work day. The end is near. Just...have.. to...get...thru...the...next...8 days.
Didn't know 2 HOF un-cuts were combined in one episode. I am trying to imagine the state of the fandom when these episodes aired originally 😆
Mesmerized Arnav and flustered Khushi. The build up to the Jadu hai and almost kiss... beautifully done. These episodes are staying on my DVR for a long time.
PS: Asked husband, when was the last time he looked at me like this. Pat came the reply, 'Every time you go shopping leaving boys with me'. Guess I asked for it

YT channel of SP had a glimpse of this weekend NB6...a 30 sec promo for every pair in the show now...After seeing that i feel it to be more of lifting , balancing and swirling your partner around you like prop than a dance show...
Really looking forward for some weekend reality show which surprises me like Mahabharat did...

But tulip here in India they are promoting the two jodis Guru-Debina and Ritwik-Asha as the most powerful jodis. I hardly get a promo of any other jodi. I loved the water act of Omar and brauna(I don't recollect her name) but now seems like they have been eliminated. What is the point in watching the show when it is really visible that Guru-Debina and Asha-Ritwik are going to be the finalists and most probably Guru-Debina are going to win the show.

Agree Shoomie. The guy lost quite a bit of sheen today...beginning to look like dross. Have liked all that I have seen of IK these last few weeks acting wise, but today's main aur meri tanhaayi scene by the window seemed ham-handed...the direction and camera were pedestrian.

I did like Bitiya's handling of the servants though, and her one line to ANshuman in bed was delivered very well. </font>

Spot on Visi! That scene is amateurish at best. That 70's bollywoodiish rapid change of frames makes me wonder if they left it for the interns! The sad part is the guy can emote so there was absolutely no need for those amateur effects!

The second part of today's episode was one of those instances when you had to do a dandvat pranam to the casting directors who picked Sanaya and Barun to play Arnav and Khushi. Their incredible good looks added that extra oomph to an already technically and creatively brilliant scene, and catapulted into my TV Magical Moments Hall of Fame!!!

The above about their incredible looks does not detract even tiniest bit from their as incredible acting prowess. Arnav's expressions on seeing her are stuff butterflies- in- stomach are made of...And Khushi is so aware...she knows that he is attracted, she knows that he cannot take his eyes of of her, knows that she is wearing his favourite colour...and she is happy. Fearful, yet happy.

*sigh*.
</font>

Ah the diwali episodes!!To date I dont know who the original actors are for jadu hai nasha hai or which movie it is from! I dont even want to know because for me that song is Arnav and Khushi!!

Her unshakable trust is getting more and more clear..when time comes and the truth is revealed she might just walk off without creating a scene?</font>

* SPOILER ALERT*

True Savs he has been playing secong fiddle for some time now. I didnt read the book but my neighbors are from Kharagpur her parents are here on a visit. Her father is a book enthusiast my daughter is an avid reader she spends most of her allowance on books! He comes to borrow books, he says apparently in the book the guy never goes back to bring her back ( she does leave him) but turn in to this too traditional, religious swami kind and the girl learns about it and comes back.

Schoomie, today they gave a good brief of Bitwa's character. He is getting drawn towards Pakhi but then damn he realizes that he needs to send her away. He is inherently a good guy but here he wants to get Pakhi to leave him on her own so that his image is clean and he doesn't have any guilt consience. The 5 secs where Anshuman debates and his mind and heart are at war was done good. Iqbal khan was nice in that sequence by the window. I think they have correctly established the characters and it is much better than the other horror shows on air (read EBP).

I dont know Sarada I didnt see even slightest inclination of attraction all I see is restlessness, irritation and frustration! Him standing near the door and enjoying the show ( shoe fiasco) was the lowest for me inherently good people dont do that to even strangers let alone some one who you have been living with for week:( I do agree with it is faar better than the blanderdash out there!

Yup I read the synopsis on wiki after the show started and yes the girl leaves him after knowing the truth and the guy becomes disinterested in everything and becomes a follower of a religious swami. The Jeeju and sister go and tell the girl about how things have gone haywire in her absence and she comes back. I do hope the makers won't show this end though. I expect Anshuman to get her back and then get her back because he realizes what gem of a person he got as his wife. Let's see how they take the story forward.

That I agree with you Schoomie. His consience takes an hike in the morning. And I agree that was really done in a bad taste - me too felt bad on that one point. He was guilty in the night by the window sequence(he says - what am I doing? I need to send her back with part restlessness and part guilt) but then in the morning he was grinning by the door. I think basically he was feeling that at least this plan will work and it was the tasting victory thing that got him to smile. But I agree, he grinning put him in a bad light. At least Arnav even in the hate marriage never smiled or felt happy when Khushi was degraded or slapped. Those small things solidfy the male lead character - wish the directors don't do these kind of mistakes.
