There was a kannada movie with similar theme you know..It's called "Gagana" ..it means Sky..:-)

The girl was called Gagana and she was married to the hero when they were kids..But the families separate and hero marries his GF(Coz he doesn't remember his marriage). But his wife dies in childbirth.. The heroine coincidentally joins his company itself and she is a lovable klutz..one day teh parents meet in a temple and remember the old wedding. They force the hero to marry her again and then how the hero falls in love with her is the rest of the story..!😊

It was a really good movie btw...😃

I think TP also will be kinda same then..😆
