Honestly...more than separation I want a amnesia track.
Both are fighting and not seeing other's POV...have a big quarrel one day...Pabho plans to kill preggy Madhu ...but RK apparently dies...Madhu in oodles of regret (something which CVs have never shown her to do...she is never repenting only being self righteous)...then RK returns with memory loss...and remembers her as the girl who sent slapped him 4 times ...madhu secretly trying to get her hubby back...love-hate with tadka 😆

I was thinking how about reincarnation.. and no just simple reincarnation.. I was thinking it happens that Madhu is reincarnated as girl who suffered from abuse over the years by her mother's boyfriend and she finally stood up and sent him to jail.. and there is more to her story..
