There are ways to revive this show.. I only they stop butchering Madhu.. I feel more than RK .. Madhu has been butchered plus they never showed any growth in her character.. Imagine that this was the first comment I ever made in the forum.. few months on Nikki's post.. and I am still saying this..
RK's character has many layers and is out and out grey so they keep exploring it.. but they have to see that's why we feel that they are experimenting with him.. Like I never thought he was butchered during unwedding.. or he went all psycho.. it felt very much like RK.. because we expect the unexpcted from him.. He is constantly growing as a character.. abhi bhi.. with the pregnancy track came.. we saw him growing clearly.. he was very clear with his stance.. but Madhu? How are they dealing with her character? I mean.. what are they actually with her character.. I want a grey Madhu!! That's it! And only separation might give that..

So news is that RK will continue to be humiliated and hurt, while Madhu maintains her blissfully ignorant demeanour. RK will get no offers but the new Superheroine will definitely be inundated with them from all corners after her first movie. 😆

Frankly I am sick and tired of this rubbish.
Its been nearly 1.5 yrs and what have we got in the name of progress?
A greyshaded male lead who is the only one to experience character development, which very conveniently takes a regressive path in order to uphold the female lead's stagnant character.
A female lead whose stupidity and ambiguity has repeatedly been the cause of distress to evryone surrounding her. Without Fail. 😆
A couple, where the male lead has gone so far ahead in development that the female counterpart pales in comparison.
A love story that proclaims to be different, but proves time and time again that it is nothing more than a physical attachment with minimal emotional quotient.
A relationship that has stripped that male half of everything than he is, step by step, and proved how cruelly shallow and insipid a female half can turn out by being too naive for her own good.
Naivete is appreciable ...but only in a young innocent girl, unaware of the world's vices.
Naivete in a woman is nothing but a lack of emotional development that frequently exerts itself as a superficial undependable character prone to bouts of stupidity.
Honestly... thats distasteful...especially because it violates the natural essential qualities of human growth through experience.
I keep waiting for Madhu to grow up...but a part of me has accepted that Madhu will always remain that compassionate but naive girl trapped in her own romanticism, unable to ever become a woman.
RK is the moth that has chosen a most corrosive flame. His fault is a lesser one but one with far reaching consequences - He is in love with a romaticism that is too abstract to be a lifetime partner. As a result there can never be mutual growth as is expected in a loving marital relationship.
As long as RK is with her, he will be continually forced to grow faster and grow alone, in order to compensate for his partner's stagnancy. He will be forced to experience relapses in judgement because he has no real guidance from her in matters of importance. He will be forced to lose himself in order to sustain her.
In the attempt to make a unique love story, CVs are heading towards making something that is considered the most dangerous - a parasitic love that destroys completely.
Unless they do something about their characters...unless they force Madhu to grow up...unless they force RK to "allow" her to grow up...MEIEJ is doomed to become another dismal tragedy.
