That's a gr8 habit. I used to wake up 11am before, there were days I slept in til 1PM. That's sooo bad šš¼ but now I'm fine.My teacher told me if one requires the need to sleep more than 5-6 hours, that person is SICK šand honestly, its true.. our body doesn't need more than 5-6 hours of rest. Ppl say 8, but nah, 5-6 is enough!I'm pretty good, I sleep 5am-8pm .. .. and then a 2hr nap in the afternoon ši do look like an owl now tho

That's good! At least you corrected it. Wow. My problem is that I can't nap in the afternoon. I will just pass out and not do anything for the rest of the day. I'd rather sleep from like 11-12 to 5-6 am and I think I should be good for the upcoming semester.
