Polly .. I seriously did not think I could pull it off either so had thought will have coconut water or something but was ok so socha .. Chalo once let's try !!! But feeling proud and good !!

Shri ... It did help that was at work till 6.00 ... And on IF in my lunch break ! 😆

Qamar ... Yeah .we do !! And it is kind of romantic too ! .. Have hubby feed water and mithai after looking at Chand and doing pooja though I don't touch feet ... We do the modern way ... 😆

My hubby's family does not have that tradition but I am from Delhi na ... And a punjabi .. For us it is big !!! Is liye I do it coz I want to so more satisfying ... If HAd to do it for tradition then would have given up long ago 😆

OK, question time from me... Hindu's in the South don't celebrate KC. Even festivals like Diwali, Holi are not celebrated in the south. Also, festivals like Kartika which is celebrated in the South is not celebrated up North. Is there a reason for this?

Hinduism is mostly way of living. It doesnt have proper rules. Whatever is practiced in that region is followed.
