How would you guys feel about a real kiss between Arnav and Khushi? I have mixed feelings.

I think kissing and sex is a natural and to be honest, a very pure way to pronounce a mutual feeling of love.

However, I guess, for Indian audiences there is a very tabooed outlook that kissing is something kids should not be familiarized with, as it is seen as very "vulgar". Growing up, I was never allowed to watch kissing scenes, even when I was 13 or 14. 😆 For my sister, however, since she's a second child, shes seen mild kissing scenes in the theaters without her eyes being covered since she was 6, and she thinks it's a very normal thing to do between two people in love. There's no "negative" connotation to it.

And I'll do the same with my kids when I grow up. Kids, when they reach a certain age, should understand that kissing is a natural action that should wait till the right time and age. And... I'm not going to wait till they're 13 to teach them about sex, because humans are naturally curious and their curiosities should be catered to... so they don't develop into weird and inappropriate po*n related and sexual fascinations. (I think that's a huge issue in India, but I'm not going to argue that right now because I'm pushing it as it is 😆). There is a way to put across everything with tact and decency.

But again, there are fine lines. While I don't think kissing, and even tastefully made love making scenes should be labeled as completely negative things... there shouldn't be a movement to put naked people humping like rabbits with everyone they meet in films and TV. Retain that almost 'spiritual' essence of sex and love.

So yes, I would have loved a kiss between Arnav and Khushi... cause they're not po*nographic actors... they're two characters deeply in love and a kiss is testimony to that.
