It doesn't?Anyways, sleep is very important for me..One of the most essential things in life..Hence I never compromise on that..I catch up on foregone sleep whenever I ca or feel sleepy😃La,your DP plays so many of m heartstrings..& not only the ones that make me drool..also the one that makes me yearn for something that isn't here anymore..😭
Actually according to scientific research there is nothing like catching up on foregone sleep. The sleep which we miss does the damage. No matter how much we sleep later it doesn't get fixed
