At the cost of being thrown out from the CC, i would say the revenge drama seemed kinda interesting to me. Though i dont think i will enjoy the next phase of him discovering his true feelings and doing the whole 9 yards on redemption, they have maintained the suspense of the hero's family pretty well!

The story seems to have punch and that is what I said from the beginning. But the big let down is the leads characterization. I couldn't understand Aastha - how could she say yes to a person who manhandled her, slapped her and pushed and pulled her at his own whim and fancy. And Shlok seems to be confused - he looked like a teenage lover boy yesterday calling up Aastha. And needlessly to say, both the leads are not up to mark. Avinash slipped quite few times yesterday and I till now haven't seen any scene of his or of Shenu's which impressed me and it is already going to be 2 months for this show. The only characters who have impressed me are the parents of both the leads and I especially love Mulgi's mom, she dresses up like my mom used to do and I absolutely love the jewellery of Mulga's mom, all traditional chains.

Somehow for me I end up doing satyanashing more when the kaam ka boz is much more. Sigh need to strictly finish up my work.

Lady J, I do wish breaks come more often but sigh, the customer escalations don't understand that word.

Also sharing a gif that a friend made recently of Barun in his various avatars as Ron Sen. While I wasn't a big fan of the over-sized yellow kurta, at-least his worn out, unkempt look was for the actual shooting this time. But he looked good and groomed during the 2 recent photoshoots and the earlier movie schedule. He's clearly experimenting with his looks and roles and its commendable coz I like that he wants to do something different and not sticking to the tried and tested.



Now I'm running before J and Savs hunt me down with a jurmana😳

Meens, you and I would be some day handed a strict jurmana,the way we write and defend about our bitwa. But I agree with you - He is trying out different things and exploring his abilities and not sticking to tried and tested. But the fangirl in me wishes he come out in an out and out romantic role which requires him to be dashing and groomed to perfection.
