Navneet Nishan, who made her comeback with 'Madhubala " Ek Ishq Ek Junoon', was ousted from the show overnight. Says a source, "Navneet walked out of the set twice last week. In the first instance, she said her dialogues were tough. The next time, her complaint was that the camera person doesn't have a pleasant face and the spotboys stink. She also refuses to shoot after 7 pm. Her sudden departures left the telecast in a mess. We requested her to quit in a professional manner, but in vain. The makers are taking her to court, claiming losses of '1 crore.

Their legal team is also planning to approach the Cine and TV Artistes Association." Producer Saurabh Tewary confirms, "We are suing her.

Unprofessional attitude won't be tolerated. She should have discussed her issues with us and fulfilled the clause of the contract, which binds her to serve a notice period of 25 days. According to the contract, she is supposed to shoot for 12 hours daily, but she refused to fulfil that too."

On the other hand, Navneet accuses the production house of being unprofessional. Says she, "I am known to be one of the most disciplined and punctual actors. But they can't expect me to report to the set within eight hours of the previous day's shoot. The production house had a lot of issues, including thefts. I even lost my mobile phone. I was constantly losing temper since the team was not up to mark. Am I not supposed to raise my voice if I find something horribly wrong? This has been the most unpleasant experience in my career. I understand that aDaily Show set is chaotic, but there was constant bickering and fighting on this one. However, I had a great time with my co-actors. If the producers want to sue me, they can. I really doubt if I would like to be part of a daily soap any time soon."

I know we can discuss abt upcoming scenes and predict too but why so much OTT reactions and negativity over those scenes which aren't even aired?
