You know what the issue is? The protagonist of the movie is Kundan..The story is being narrated from his POV..And Dhanush played the role to perfection..So its easier to sympathize with HIM than any other character in the story..As simple as that😆

I guess I'm in a minority then. I cdn't sympathise with him AT ALL coz of his actions. 😆

@Anu-its like how the female leads are protagonists of telly soaps and you are MEANT to sympathize with them😆 Trust me, i have never felt sympathy for most female leads on Indian Telly..They have only managed to infuriate me😆

I have yet to sympathise with any female lead on TV. I never really sympathised with Zoya though I liked her character n cd understand her pain. I've been a bit indifferent with Indian telly characters esp female leads 😆. Now toh no chance of sympathising 😆.

I loved Dhanush's acting but I really dint like him forcing his love on her to such an extent and that too continuously. I dint sympathise with him one bit and beyong a point started hating him 😆
