K everywhere they cut salary if you don't turn up

Since I am on probation and I don't have more than 6 days holiday during this time (I spent three days already) I had to take leave without pay when going to nepal and they cut almost 4000 from my salary! Since it's my company's policy I'm fine with it... I didn't go to the hr and scream

My hubby had zero days casual holiday during his probation period and for every three days he reached office after 9:05 one day's salary got cut... He still took holidays :p...thank god Probation period is over! *phew*

Anyways I think you should hire an HR so you don't have to give their salaries and he/she can implement the rules and you should have a leave policy...In my office on the very first day the HR tells you all the rules..we even have a handbook... Even the peons won't dare take a day off unannounced... They know their salary will get cut
