Not just the Forum Saiyu, in real life too...I am a good employer and my staff were beyond badly behaved today, it saddened me that is all

K you have a set of really lazy employees who want salary for doing nothing. I am sure they have families and are suffering from inflation but to deal with that they have to be present at work.

If you give them the same wages which you give to your loyal employees then it will be injustice and you will thereby be branded wrong.

What you have done, isn't magnanimous, it is just, it is right. So don't feel bad about standing your ground.

Also you are running a business and not a charity for gods sake. Your profit should be your first concern. Anything that interferes with that is not worth feeling bad about.

Salary day Fari and this time they were really irregular so I cut salary for the days they were missing and they made a big deal about it.

& everyone cuts wages if shirking is involved..!! & instead of bad-mouthing you they should just take this salary cutting as a warning & resolve to not be late from the next month!

I treat them well Fari and they way they behaved made me sad, one went to the extent to say I have no idea about the real world and I have it all easy...

Not true my expenses like rent/power/water/salaries stays profit or loss and I have suffered great loss the last month due to road repair and heavy rains no one sees that

You can't afford their wages.. because of their negligence and not showing commitment..that because of them.. You as a company are losing money.. & they need a kick up their butt!

They sound the same as my dad's drivers.. It's only been a year
Since he started and they never pay their half of rent on time or
For the bills ect! They are useless shitheads..! And then demand to see how much they have in the bank account! Not know all money goes to expenses and at times we have to use our personal money to pay the company bills!
They are greedy )::@:who take time off and leave my dad in a lurch.. Which he then ends up driving for more than 24 hours!
