Neel - we (whoever wish to) ll keep fast for whole day and at midnight (its birth time of Krishna) bal gopal ki pooja just like u saw in show (nt same but conceptwise) and next day dahi Handi that is ppls make human tower to phodo mataki which is hanging on high which is decorated and is full of dahi and coins thats how it is celebrated in Maharashtra ...different states celebrate in different style each has its own flavor 😳
