Manu, Riya wonderful quotes as usual. Riya loved the one on people being powerless without our reaction towards their negativity. This reminds me of a quote which is a moving force in my life and has been the mantra for my sanity.

"No one can make me feel inferior without my consent".

All the while, when someone tries to hurt us, we react adversely just because they have managed to dent our self-esteem which was their purpose. If we fortify ourself and think it is the negativity of an adversary, it does not affect us or our peace.
