Verovatno imate svaka svoj recept za mini pice,nista novo ali ako ih neko nije pravio nek izvoli.Ovako ih ja pravim vec 10-god. i meni su the best!

Sastojci

testo:
1 kg. brasna
1 kocka kvasca
3 dl. mleka
1 kasika secera
1,5 kasika soli
1,5 dl. ulja
fil:
1 casa pavlake

1 pak. nekog soft margarina-namazni marg.
3 kom. zumanceta
po ukusu kis.krastavci

Priprema

Kvasac razmutiti u mleku sa secerom i kad je nadosao dodati u vanglicu gde su vec stavljeni ostali sastojci za testo.Izraditi testo i ostaviti da se masa udvostruci.Pripremiti fil tako sto cemo naseckati sunkaricu i krastavce pa dodati zumanca, pavlaku i margarin. Testo podeliti na cetri dela pa svaki deo razvuci u pravougaonu formu i nafilovati.Testo urolati kao rolat i seci komade debljine 1 cm.Redjati u nauljen pleh i peci u zagrejanoj rerni na 220 stepeni.Pred kraj pecenja pice premazati kecapom, posuti origanom i po zelji staviti na njih rendan trapist.Vratiti u rernu jos 5 min. i pice su gotove.

Idealne kao vecera uz casu jogurta.

preparation

Ako su im ovakve vesti nacin da privuku gledaoce da bi dizali rejting za koji usput budi receno stalno pricaju da ih ne interesuje, pa su valjda zato snimali i onakve scene nasilja nad staricom, trudnom zenom, detetom , onda stvarno vise se nema sta komentarisati. Na kraju krajeva, Gangina uloga moze da se zavrsi i drugacije ili ako zena zeli da napusti sama ovu besmislenu pricu a nije joj zameriti, sta je to za njih da zamene glumicu. Ali , propagirati samo nasilje, plac , tugu, smrt, nevolje , zaista kakvu to poruku salju. Nema drugih sansi u zivotu, ima da patis, a ako ti se slucajno ukaze tracak nade za boljitkom, umreces.
