Totally 1000% agree. That was one classy, witty, intelligent Take, superb at several levels yet conveyed fandoms unanimous feelings. I am going to be smiling and slipping into SKD throughout the day today thinking about some of the finer points.. and I will blame it on Take 5 if anyone asks😉

🤗 J, glad you posted a Take 5. I cannot believe SP would do this, no I take this back I do believe since SP treated IPK poorly yet cashed in heavily on Barun and Sanaya during their UK visit. The promo for IPK2 is a disaster and has rubbed many the wrong way and with good reason, its impossible to recreate the same magic of the first season for many reasons. For me it was more than the script that made IPK work, it was the leads and the cast on a whole.

A second season is never a good idea and who knows better than the new male lead of IPK2? Avinash and his fiancee Rubina became a hit pair with CB, show was brought back for a second season on popular demand but it failed to recreate the magic of the first season that too despite having the same leads. IPK should've been left alone, like Sanaya said IPK is not the same without Arnav and Khushi

But the promo didn't get that point correctly - It more or less felt that the lead is someone who thinks less of women and degrades them. But got to say, the PH is roping in good actors for side characters like Tushar Dalvi is a really good actor and he is playing the father of the female lead. JambaJi, That Take 5 was classic - Purffect like Madhuri says on Jhalak. Wish someone from SP reads that before they go and fall off the cliff. Well on second thoughts, let them fall off the cliff. They seem to get a high on doing stupid things.

I agree, looking at the things may be mostly Meri Bhabi will move and I also don't think KJo would have brought a show if it is going to be an afternoon show. All in all I would say SP is handling the SC mess much better than they did for IPK. They got a good PH to take the show forward - the lest they could have done for IPK.

Will SO want 2 of their shows to compete each other ? Yes they did with IPK before but it was not the sole producer neither the creatives.
