okay shereen loved Rashid but he loved Dilshad and so he married her, so to get back Rishad in Sherren's life Razia and her husband did a plan, actually it was not planned but it happened,

Razia killed Zoya's mom, as she comes to know about her Husbands cheeting part, and to cover that she killed Zoya's mom, they asked to Rishad to burn the toy factory, where was Zoya's mom's dead body, he didn't know that and did as asked, they took his pics and then blackmailed him that if he didn't come to Shereen they will send the pics to the police and he will be in jail
