I think Shanky is a genuinely nice and humble guy. Sid seems nice too, but I think he favours a more diplomatic approach... I don't think it's his style to be too emotional in interviews. Shanky's interviews have always been quite emotion-based, whereas Sid seems the type to keep his interviews extremely professional and phrase things in just the right way so that no-one can call him out on anything (e.g. that "Toral is hard-working and Prats is easy-working" line).
