Aalo mixture stuffed between a PAV (Bread) - Very spicy served with Emli chutney, Lahson chutney n coriander chutney, peanuts & 'Sev'

I didn't know what "Sev" was. Checked that too. We call it "jhuri bhaja". 😆 I used to have handfuls of it when I used to visit my Nanibari when I was younger. There was always a whole dabba waiting for me.

I miss my grandparents so much. :(
