Maddy when we talk about fashion - it is not about brands, especially not high street brands. How many people can afford those? less than 1% in the world.
Fashionista is someone who uses her sense of style to put togtehr intereting things and set trends amongst her group.
So agree with you !! I can't understand people who spend half their salary on clothes just to show off their branded things to people...
You should see this place China, Singapire,,,people spend like crazy on branded goods...In singapore, i was shocked to know that people dont get married and have kids because they cant afford the life style they want...meaning they cant buy bags and shoes and clothes because they would have to use the money for thefamily😕
It was out of my comprehension that kind of thinking😕
American suburban middle class is pretty sensible about these things in most cases...:)
