Main Manto (

Urdu: ??? ?????, English: I Manto) is an upcoming Pakistani biographical drama television serial which will first be released as a film and then later on will be seen on GEO Entertainment channel, is based on the real life of a novelist and short story writer Saadat Hasan Manto. It is directed by Sarmad Sultan Khoosat and written by award-winner Shahid Nadeem, it will be aired on ARY Digital The serial stars Sarmad Khoosat, Mahira Khan, Saba Qamar, Imran Abbas, Faisal Qureshi, Sania Saeed and Nimra Bucha. It is most probably going be telecast on GEO Entertainment channel and it will first be released as a film by the support of joint venture of GEO and TARANG (who are propagating, promoting and supporting the act of making of new movies in Pakistan) and later on will run on Geo Entertainment channel as a serial. Those who have seen the bits of it considers it to be a grand project with a huge cast and a masterpiece in history of drama and is most probably the best of Sarmad Sultan Khoosat as director and as an actor. Due to "Manto" being centre of attention in the entire project, India has also shown its interest in "Main Manto" and it will also run on an Indian channel which would be Zee Tv Or Sony.

abhi aagay nahin dekha ZGH,,,,,work toh chalta hain but last week was full of marriages & functions to attend,,,dressing up in this heat is so irritating,,,!!!!
