who usually remain in the shadows of their star bosses

Sandhya Ramachandran-Katrina Kaif
A source close to Katrina reveals that while the actress is not very social, it is
her manager Sandhya that she considers as one of her closest pals and
confidante. The source says, "Sandhya has known Kat from 2002 and started
working as her manger since 2006 but now she is very much part of Kat's extended
family. She not only manages her work but also extends emotional support whenever
she is in crisis." In fact, word is that Katrina even jokes about having Sandhya as the
nanny for her kids after she retires from acting.
Sandhya modestly comments about her relationship with her boss, "It's important to
be the backbone and not try and be the face."


Sachin-Aamir Khan
Aamir Khan's Man Friday Sachin says, "I have been working with Sir for more than
five years now. Not only is he a very good actor but also a very good human being."
Aamir was apparently accompanied by wife Kiran as they visited Sachin's hometown
in Tamil Nadu to see him get married.

Inder and Pradeep Bhatia-Ranbir Kapoor
Ranbir's Man Friday Inder has known the actor since 1992 when he was a young boy.
Inder was working at Ravi Chopra's house when he first met the actor who was
friends with Ravi's son Abhay. Inder points out, "I started working on Babul in 2006.
One day Ranbir called me and said he would like me to work for him. I have been with
him since then."

Mumbai: Filmmaker Prem Soni, who has recovered from cancer of gallbladder, says his friend and Bollywood star Salman Khan stood by him during his trying times. Prem Soni is the director of Preity Zinta's debut production venture Ishq In Paris. "Salman was very concerned when he got to know about my health issues. He got in touch with me and was very supportive when I was battling with cancer. Salman bhai is just a call away and his call makes a huge difference to me," said Soni. "He must be a huge star, but he is a far better human being. However, now I am healthy and fine and thanks for all the support," he added. After Soni was diagnosed with cancer, Ishq In Paris, which was supposed to release in November 2012, was pushed to May 2013. Soni has added a song with Salman in the film and says he considers him as his mentor. "Salman is beyond work for me...I look up to him. He is my mentor and the song was written keeping him in mind right from the beginning," said Soni. Ishq In Paris features Preity, Rhehan Malliek and Isabelle Adjani. IANS

When it comes to workouts, Anushka's intense and religious. She never misses them. At times, she gyms even after a tiring day of shooting. To prepare for JTHJ, we trained for four-five days a week. I travelled with her when she went outdoors. I trained her for a month in London and a month in Mumbai and then 15 days in Srinagar and Ladakh during the shooting schedules. Anushka is a foodie. But her high metabolism ensures she can eat anything. I prescribe her five meals a day. Sometimes she cheats but her metabolism is so good that I don't mind.

Anushka's Diet Plan

l Breakfast:
1 cup - oatmeal or cream of wheat
20 grams of pure whey isolate mixed with water or skimmed milk
1 cup of Granula with yogurt.
l After 2 hours:
4 ounce of grilled boneless chicken
1 cup of cooked rice
1 cup of fruit
l After 3 hours:
25 grams of pure Whey
cup of nuts
l After 3 hours:
4 ounce grilled chicken/fish
8 ounce of pasta/ noodles/potato
6 ounce steamed veggies
l After 3 hours:
Yogurt and 1 cup granula or 2 rice cakes with peanut butter and jelly
She also consumes multivitamins - 1000mg of
vitamin C, 1000mg coral calcium, 1000 mg of milk thistle, 2000mg B3.

QH Summary

There are two step brothers Asad-Ayan. Rashid left Asad's mother Dilshad for Shireen Ayan's mother. Zoya had ran from her marriage and she came to stay in Asad's house as Dilshad knew Zoya's Jiju-Aapi. Asad had met Zoya earlier and they had arguments. Zoya's aim to come to India was to find her father. Shireen's daughter Nikhat is dark skinned due to which her proposals were rejected. Rasia finds a match for Nikhat who is Imran. Imran's mother Haseena is a greedy lady. The family hide about Asad's relation from them but Haseena finds out and breaks engagement. Asad meets her gives her good offer house that she wanted to get rishta fixed again as Nikhat loves Imran. The fights b/w Asad-Zoya continue and there is also an unknown attraction pull they have for one another. Rasia wants Ayan to marry Humera she also plays trick which fails.

It is later (around 4 months the show started) revealed to viewers that when Rashid had come back to Dilshad Shireen's brother Siddhiqui and his wife Rasia trapped him and he had to leave Dilshad. Rasia killed the women with whom his husband had a relation when he had gone abroad and burried her body in the factory. Rashid was asked to put the doll factory on fire and then made to believe he killed the women. Asad was made to believe that his father is a killer and he still thinks so. There was a court room drama brought in. Ayan-Zoya they also had met earlier had share of arguments unknown about each other identity try to stop Asad from going to court to testify against Rashid. In order to get the case closed 1 crore needs to be given to Haseena's brother who is cop and had earlier brought Asad-Ayan step brother truth out in front of Haseena money. Rasia strikes a deal in exchange of his father freedom he has to marry Humera and he agrees. Rasheed mother knows the whole doll factory truth.

Rasia plants Tanveer Asad's childhood friend in Asad's house to find doll that had evidence against her and can trap her. Tanveer realizes she is pregnant and it is Imran's child but he refuses to acknowledge it. Rasia humiliates her and she decides to take revenge by marrying Asad. Rasia finds out about Zoya being his hubby illegitimate child wants Tanveer to kill her. Ayan-Zoya came face to face on holi and where shocked to see one another.

Zoya visa is expiring so in order to stay back Asad fakes she is his fiance but the lie is caught due to Tanveer. Tanvver mixes poisons in sweets and gives to Zoya who goes to Ayan-Humera's engagement. Zoya is accused of killing Humera. Humera is saved. Asad blasts Zoya and reveals to immigration officer he lied about engagement. He realizes his mistake and goes to airport stops Zoya from leaving slipping ring on her finger. Back at home he pretends it was all fake.

There is a showdown b/w Dilshad-Shireen at a party and Dilshad tells she would get Asad married in a week. She chooses Zoya as her DIL and marriage function have begin. Rashid mother tells Rasia that in next one week she would be out of the house. Ayan who had gone to pray for Humera's safety has returned back.
