Yes absolute graceful handling by the PH. When IPK went off air, that is what I told that 4Lions had a big chance of creating a brand value, They could have ended the story with the past all done, Arnav-Khushi marriage and them having a happy life. Cut to 3-4 months and they could have started a new season with Arnav-Khushi's daughter who has the attitude of Arnav, I-make-my-own-destiny and how love makes her a believer and the PH and the channel could have laughed their way to the bank. That is what happens when egos become too big to boot. Now the other PHs and channels are making seasons out of shows that were just moderate hits - Definitely teaches SP and 4Lions a thing or two on how to hold on to the goose that laid golden eggs.

That too when they actually had an lead who was creating problems and not like Barun who kept on extending his leave so that the story could be completed. All the tamasha with leaks and public blaming of the actor was so not needed especially when he did everything by the book and held up his bargain.

All i thought was not only the promo but the entire execution of the show itself needs to be fixed

Bold:- 100% you echoed my feelings Tulip. The execution needs to be fixed asap and please don't hurry man. Give some good reasons as to why CC would accept a proposal of Manav, why they would fall in love. The show and the execution is just jumping all around the place.

Morning/ evening everyone😊
Is it just my imagination or has the number of actors quitting/ shows closing gone up manifold since ODB was made bali ka barka late last year. It seems like almost every month now; TV land mein uthal puthal😲. Barun bechara without even wanting to has seemed to become a trendsetter of sorts. But yes thankfully all the PH's have had the graciousness to handle this in a professional and dignified way.
On another note I spent some of time last night in uncut and VM bliss and woke up to "quitting" drama this morning. Someone please assure me that 5 years from now I will have truly moved on and not have IPK (onscreen and offscreen) still rule my day😕

After reading this piece of the news, the only thing that struck me is - God how did Ekta handle this crisis for 5 months without creating a even a small ripple in the show. And our monkeys or rather donkeys created a big heating furnace in just under a week. Sept 23 was when Barun gave the notice it seems and by Oct 10th you had the whole drama and the 'status is up in air, will let you know next week' thing happening. I heard that Ankitha wanted to quit in Dec last year. Ekta kept her on part time basis when concentrating on other stories,gave 2 whole months to recuperate and come back if she wants to be back and now she is going ahead with Gautami and when all this is happening in the background, Pavitra Rishta is still raking in decent TRPs. Have to give to Ekta for handling things such gracefully, doing things correct for her leads who slogged for her show and not like 4lions who just threw their lead actor under the bus and just subjected him to public ridicule. Chalo I am happy things like these are happening, maybe this will give rise to seasons in India too and actors don't have to slog out so much that they eventually burn out. And never thought I would say this but - Kudos Ekta, for handling things with grace.

Yes Barun was made a bali ka bakra but now people are seeing the professionalism of him and the unprofessionalism of the PH/Channel so I am actually happy with so many leads quitting. SP and the PH definitely are having things whacked in their face by the way the other PHs are handling things. But who else is quitting this time meens ? Did I miss some other lead quitting too?
