That is part of getting back to track ... All pain killers will make you sleepy ... Partly coz body does need to be at rest for recuperation ! Little bit of depression is normal too ... But cheer up ! After walking today you would be exhausted but tomorrow and days after that it will get only better !!

And boss ! Soon you will be back to normal and both of us will resurrect now defunct SGPC ..
