The case is still in trial, but what I don't appreciate is the delay tactics played by the defence - either in the name of his films or his heath; there is always some reason. I do not like the fact that it's been nearly 10 years (am I right here) and justice hasn't been served!

The fact still remains is that the man has a problem with authority, be it the black buck incident or any other.

Now, doing charity is a good thing. But it shouldn't be used as a reason to get a reduced sentence. In Sanjay Dutt's case, his charitable side (especially the one where his is the president of the NGO that helps the blast victims) is being highlighted and used to get a reduced sentence.

Being charitable in no way should be used as a free ride to justice. You break the law and you are convicted, you serve your sentence. You have to pay your dues to the society & the victim's family.

Why his charity shud be considered as means to get his punishment reduced. This is what I was pointing. I truely believe a man can commit mistake..If he is a celebrity that doesnt mean he cant.

Regarding his health issue- He was suffering from a nerves disorder- He went fr surgery in US for that . Yes that was way bfore his trial ...and I dont think that was an excuse for his trial delay. His trials can also be conducted without him being present . I dont think he enjoys long trial cases too.. If you talk of common man going thru harrassment each day when trial goes.This man is public figure. Each day he receives innumerable responses on his twitter account with people calling him murderer . I believe thats an harrasment too.

@Bold- he was the one who took all those injured to hospital ,it was an accident and yes one person died. He wanted to pay to victim family too but family refused it. And you know what it is an irony that when again this man was bypassin another accident site, some people accused him of that accident too..it was later found that he had stopped by to help victim of accident.. If he is a celebrity that doesnt mean he doesnt deserve some compassion. But I also respect law..if law can show some leniency in a "common man" case, same should be for a celebrity. If you dont want any biasness just bcoz of him being celebrity.I want the same too...just I dont want him to pay price for being a celebrity...

About SRK...i like his only 2 movies Chak De and Swades

DDLJ i saw for the first time 3 years back and did not like it at all.

I do not like SRK's acting at all..infact as he keeps saying everywhere he does over acting I also feels the same.

I find SRK a better businessman than an actor.

U know that happens sometimes when you see a movie way after its time. I'm sure if I saw it now I wud not like it. Similar thing happened to me with hum apke hai kaun. Saw it a lot later on dvd. Waited till the end for the story to start. 😕 never understood what all the big hoopla was about.
Ddlj had a huge charm when it was released. Many similar movies were made later so now if I see it I too may not like love it as much as I did back then. 😊
