And did the doc say anything abt numbers? What he said is something all of us should follow...

Yes all of us should follow that.. He says staring at the computer and irregular sleeping is the common cause of all eye ailments nowadays !

My morning breakfast is cucumber and carrots nowadays ! Cucumber to take care of heat and carrot for the eyes

Lenses are a pain ! I just hope it never gets down to that...😕

When I was in Coonoor/Ooty for my project I used to eat bunches of carrots !

Ooty carrots are so famous...Fresh and tasty and they are cheap there...Ppl sell bunches in roadsides ...

I got my eyes corrected with LASIK and have not worn glasses for the past 6 years

I am reading Sins by Exp, she writes well once I am done...will leave a comment...
