take a new file make the size the double of the avis i mean if u want to stack 100*100 avi vertically then use width 100 height 200 for the new file

then open ur avi in ps go to file and select import frames to layers and select the avi u want to open make sure ur animation window is open once ur avi gets opened in ps select all frames and press copy frames

now go to ur black new layer 100*-200 wala and duplicate this layer acc to the number of frames that ur 2 avis have eg if the frames are 20 then dupicate the blank layer 20 times then select all frames of the blank layer and press paste frames u will get an option paste frames over the layer select yes and make sure u click on link layers bus then the avis will be pasted on the blank layer repeat this with ur second avi and then place them as per ur convience that's it stacking is done😃
