PS. OMG Sanaya is No.1. I'm surprised there's no Niagra Fall happening in the Forum right now. And heck, I didn't even get time to watch San's new show, I'm succhay bad fan.

I finished watching Humsafar early this morning at 3. What a truly remarkable show. It showed the tribunals of an arranged marriage very beautifully. The story as such isn't something that's extraordinary, but what sets it apart is the simple, uncomplicated story telling, relevance to real life and brilliantly played out characters.

ZGH belongs to Kashaf, but Humsafar belongs to Asher. Fawad has done a remarkable job. His break down in the last episode was one of the best enacted scenes I have watched to date. The other scenes that stood out for me were- The scene where Khirad owns up to moving the plant, the scene where Asher addresses Khirad's insecurity regarding her clothing, the scene by the pool where Khirad is crying and the scene at the hospital.

Loved it, my amma is now going to watch it next.
