Thanks ..I have been trying so many things but nothing is working...I give up and then eat more I guess as the weighing scale always seems to be ranging high every time I set my foot on it

In the next 2 days I'll be very irregular here as well.
Need to complete a research project I've been working on for ages.

Apara, probably I'm the oldest here...being petite and short, I had to struggle all my life to stay thin...working in the gym and skipping night dinner has helped me a lot...

I also explore new ways to work out...
No pain,no gain .is my experience

Prabba you need to try the Harcombe Diet it's the best there is.

It's a book actually..., "The Harcombe Diet..., Stop Counting Calories and Start loosing weight"

I tried it to and I shifted 20 pounds in less than 3 month.
I am athletic built about 5 '8' but I wanted to loose about 10 pounds but ended losing over 20.

Exercise is the best way to lose weight... There's a jillian michaels workout and its really good... It's only 20 mins but u lose weight very quickly... Very tough but results r good.
