the only thing which could have been the easy solution was a joint press statemnt -- Channel, PH and actor -- which every channels always does...

Why it didnt happen here ??? and that led to the whole controversy !!!

Channel was on different grounds - PH on different and actor got stuck in the between -- and above all audience till date are split in two camps and ist not about bashing the actor or the concerned parties anymore -- both the fan and non-camp fans have made it their own ego war - which made the whole thing more dirty !!!

Till date, barun has not made a statement anywhere he has left for movie

Till date, SP has not given a clear statement

And till date -- I hold the PH resposnible for the story murder -- if they knew he was leaving -- they had damn 2 months to give a proper closure to his track --- not involve shit all tracks and certainly, not put a letter to the fans -- highlighting the disparities !!!

But honestly Priya...I dont know what kind of gag orders were there on actors... But I personally feel this interview should have come in early Novemeber.

This is the one clear and indisputable fact in this whole saga. Why couldn't the PH handle its own story - since Feb actually -- with an intention to maintain standards and continue it. They dropped the ball and after BS 's issue became public ran to get a replacement. as if it would work.

just as a viewer, with the story line they had till May, I can give a better outline of the tracks handling with a closure by Dec -- and then could have moved on with either new ppl on board of the show or end it !!!

the ,main issue is audience never knew how to catch them in their game and question back

For ex --

when Sanaya said in LA, we could have still gone ahead with the show etc

first Q should have been - if that was the case, why did ur PH came with the statement they done with the story

when Rajan Singh says -- the disclaimer was wrong and they took it from the international market

first Q - why not domestic market - and like the public disclaimer, their should have been a public re-dressal or re-disclaimer (if thr is such a word😆)

why till date 4Lions as PH not released a single statement on the show closure on their website -- FB page etc -- where they have apparently been so interactive

ppl blindly showng their so called intellectual bashing should have answered that

its been a month to the show closure -- each member would have moved on to a new project -- so wats wrong with the lead actor taking up a movie -- which is yet to be formally announced or go on floors -- and he says he has nothing in hand for next 5 months !!!

Disgusting is the only word that comes to my mind for the ppl creating a ruckus - who as no idea how things function out there -- but still feel they have a voice to "blame/insult/bash" anyone...

Priya, very well said and logical.

Wrt the bashing that goes on - I dont' even find it to be intellectual or to arise from any high ground. It almost seems like they feel cheated at the ending of the show and pin the entire blame on BS's decision. If they were being intellectual about it they would ask and wonder what led to the whole sequence of events - since Feb/mid year -- and the eventual 'solution' by the ph to shoot a death track and the alarm it generated and the eventual shutting of the show. All that anyone was asking fpr was respect for the story -- for maintaining the integrity of Arnav-khushi's love story.

i know...thats y best stop fretting over that in the first place...I rather choose silence thn going any further explaining --

and I have never understood the logic of any person spending so much of negativity on a person you dont like or hate so much -- its like either you are paid to make the point or maybe you are too jobless or rather you are the most affected -- if constant bashing or discussing the negativities gives you so much pleasure or relief !!!

I dont like something/someone -- I would simply not watch or talk about or maybe show my displeasure in chats with my friend -- but not go endlessly every day taking potshots, diggs or relentless bashing -- that doesnt show any intellect -- it only shows shallowness and your escapism from "reasoning" !!!

Hi Everyone!I came to IF after 1 and a half day and I get to see only Barun bashing posts.
Seriously feels like ppl are getting paid to bash him.
I agree with u Priya and I myself hold PH resposible in the whole fiasco for the logical reasons u mentioned above.

Priya :- Agree with you to everything. The disparities were there from a long time and the letter on the forum32 is a question mark to the intention of the PH willing to take the project forward. I never felt the PH wanted to take the show forward with/without Barun. Toh keh dete. They could have said - we think we are done with this show and we want to move on. Why mock the fans over the open letter asking them to come with storylines. And Channel couldn't it have taken a stand and give out a clear press conference as to why they are closing the show. Sushant left PR about 1.5 yrs ago and at that time he had no film offers at all. Now in Jan his first movie is releasing and the show is still going on air. Why should the channel and PH act as if they are giving up everything for sake of Barun and run that disclaimer. That is what is really making me angry in this whole fiasco.

Most shows don't go beyond 6 months on air but they do a decent job and close off all the loops before they go off-air. And this PH knew he was going in 2 months and still couldn't get a decent track for his closure. And in the last moment they scramble and shoot the death scene. Idiots I say. Could have easily taken a leap with Sanaya as the daughter of AK and the story could have gone for another 8 months at least.

me minority here maybe, but laued interbhiew. did not see a single gap or huh in it. other than the understanwa bit, aw my chastened baby. felt like a john woo hero charging with two guns. point blank questions, point blank answers, switching genres, ekdam high noon.

why did ya leave? i left because i needed a break that's all to spend time with my family, it was made out to be something else. i realise no one believes me, well i don't need to justify anything. dhinchkyao.

do you have a movie? yes, signed up, many imp roles, we start shooting april, workshop jan. dhinchkyao dhinchkyao.

no sliminess, no hint that he wanted to leave the show and was surreptitiously planning his next move. normal actor ambitions. and please how could sp put up those ghastly crawlers. ph, unreal, unprofessional, megalomaniac.

totally totally agree with you indi di. you said it all!!! i dont understand where the bashing is coming from... perhaps from people frustrated that it is all over and the story was 'murdered' as Priya rightly put it. If Barun is to be blamed for anything at all, it is for being decent and being raw in this big bad world. And really, my heart cannot blame a guy so sincere for being raw and naive in handling the glamour sharks. I prefer him this way.. something pristine still.
