TIPS:

Be active on that forum. Open topics that will engage a lot of the members! When you see a fight be neutral and stop the fight, if that doesn't work, report. Don't get involved in anything. Be nice to the members of the forum and try to post as much as you can in the forum in the topics. But most importantly you need to stay active. I had a chance to become a Viewbie for Rishta.com forum and I didn't because I was inactive for so long.
