Oh haan..

Okay so the thing is, Teej is a 24 hr nirjala vrat.. that means for one morning 4 am or so, to the other morning until u give the water to sun, you cant eat or drink anything.. Its much tougher than KC, and is done mostly in UP, Bihar and some parts of Rajasthan and MP...

While KC is mainly a punjabi festival, it is observed by some women in Haryana, UP, MP, Gujarat etc... In KC, ur vrat starts as soon as sunrises and ends as soon as moon rises.. So its kinda easier than Teej.. Kyunki thr is a pooja in the afternoon as well, jab for one tym ur allowed to have milk, tea or lemonade.

While no such provisions are there in Teej..

Both the vrats are done for the respective deities...

Teej mata and Karva Mata..
