At akash's house? Why on earth would khushi even go there?

Akash was always arnav's doctore, what pieces are there that could make khushi go to arnav?

His file? Some bullet?

Does she move in with akash and remembers the time spent with arnav and the value of their relationship and realizes she loves him so she runs back...? 😍
