Yes she needs time to realize that she too feels for him ...

She is well aware of her situation (she being a widow) and she does not want Mohan to start his life with so many burdens and stuff ...Hence she keeps dropping hints that she is not the right one for him thought he loves her

Simultaneously till now (i feel) she conveniently categorized him as a good friend and confidante whilst trying to deny that yes someone can fall for her Yes Mohan does affect her ... though in not the most obvious manner (filmy) but he does ... her defending him agreeing to play his wife (that was way out of the line)
