Hi Abhi...IBL is Indian Bhikari League...loll...it's a long story...I'll let Kavya narrate it to you in full detail...

Wedding preps are on in a sense I guess...and MBA is in progress...will likely be done in Dec.

Khaare doesn't mean spicy...Khaare is salty...so the line is saying, "Khaare bhi meethe hain" which means, "what was salty before is now seeming sweet"
