or Mer with skirts, sorry, but apart from dresses for prom or something like that, I just can't imagine Mer with skirts, no way, just one of all the things I never get over in the fics
but see, this is the reason why they are saying all the things they say on twitter and else where, they just don't get MD, they don't understand why they do what they do, they have a fantasy of them in their heads and have to "repair" what went "wrong" in the show in their fics. they all have twisted ideas of how MD really are and when something happens that actually IS MD, they don't understand it, cuz it doesn't fit with their idea of MD
sigh, about the Cris thing. THEY DONT FREAKING GET IT. they have any idea of real relationships, real friendships. They don't know and will never understand what Cris really means for Mer and that she will always need Cris. what strong friendship MC have. They just don't get it. Cuz apparently ppl nowadays don't have such friendships anymore. friendships where you wld do just everything for each other. No, nowadays it all has to be a relationship. They understand each other with out word? Relationship. They wld steal for each other? relationship. They don't know the value of a real friendship anymore, what strong bonds there can be. Apart from feeling sexual tension. I'm so annoyed by this lately, really.
and that's why they always try to push Cris out of the way. Make her so less important for Mer and make Der so not understanding why Mer offered the room to Cris. While everything is lying open in front of them in the show. All they have to do is open their eyes and really see. See, that having a relationship is NOT everything in life, that friends are also needed. That they can give you strenght when the partner can't. And that for Der already long time ago Cris became family. She is his family, too. and Der will always have a spare room for his family. Even share his bed, if needed.
