Geeta i have just made it according to the novel ..don't know how will the serial proceed ..its just a assumption ..i guess whether 23 or 16 ..if u get quality entertainment then it always leave long lasting impact like for e.g. DK, tanhayaian all made in 80s but still we adore them..they were only 13/14 episode serial but see their ever lasting impact

@Kiran: I am pretty sure this show has over 20 episodes..I just hope they don't stretch the rona dhona and show more of Hareem and KhiSher..
Waise that scene you are talking about wasn't shown completely..It just shows Khirad holding onto Asher's hand not and not letting him leave..The rest of the dialogues are shown as voice over and the scenes showed are Khirad crying, banging the doors of the house and begging someone to let her in, tripping and falling on her stomach, showing up at batool khala's house looking all drained out..😭
Oh and the JPJ video, they talked a lot about Humsafar..In one scene Sarmad was saying that in a way he was happy because Mahira and Fawad are relatively new to acting so he was able to mold these two according to his choice..Oh and Atiqa said she is usually very picky about roles but chose to do humsafar because Fareeda is a complex character and over the course of the show she will change her colours quite a few times..

He didn't know she was pregnant..He was already pissed off at her due to Khizar, and they had a fight..He had a business trip to attend and the night he was leaving Khirad was not feeling too well (dizziness and all, pregnancy symptoms you know)..Before he leaves he tells her to go to to the doctor and she says 'Khuda hafeez'..And thats the last time they see each other..When Khirad learns that she is pregnant, she calls him up and says she has something really important to tell him when he returns..He was obviously excited and wanted to know too..But Fareeda the witch threw her out before he returned and when he came back, she probably told him that Khirad has left him..Now obviously he trusted his mother and never made an effort to return her calls, or see what state she is in..
