Ash's yoga effect is so much that even we are having heavy rains when its supposed to be summer

its been a week since i'ven't updated
and me also having a planned and balance diet frm now on!

if u hve sooo many ramdeb baba followres around you...u defo can't escape!😕

again resumed yoga after around 2 weeks
and also planned out for evening walks too!

all in the evening..
and yeah...cakes...i dun lyk dem!
ask abt ice creams and cookies...i've had sooo mAny of dem during the trip tht mum and dad would kill me if dey found me eating dem!
no Cold drinks too
no chocolates also😭
no noodles or fast foods...either

U can have the others occasionally
but soft drinks is really a big no
u could always drink juices right anything non carbonated is OK
carbonated drinks are really bad.
i have a friend who has had kidney operations twice because of those drinks
better stay away
