Don't ask me about it. I just know they can't send PMs to me - thats it. I block only those with whom I know I am not going to interact in future and I want them to know that I am irritated after sending them polite PMs to stop. If they don't listen to my polite requests then they don't want to be my buddies and I just block them. Whatever happens later, I don't care.

With A, its different. She sends me minimum PM now - without even requesting. So, thats fine.
