The sets of COLORS' upcoming show, Mukti Bandhan is a delight to watch, and it holds the distinction of being the biggest set erected for a fiction show on COLORS..
Mukti Bandhan, the story of an ordinary man I. M. Virani who has an extraordinary sense for business will be launched at the 9 PM slot from January 10th. The unique show also happens to be the first show on COLORS that will be entirely based on the tale of an Urban Gujarati family. With it, the viewers will witness grandeur and the lavish lifestyle true to an affluent business class family in Mumbai.
Coming from the stables of the renowned production house of Shobhna Desai, this show is based on the popular Gujarati novel of Harkisan Mehta, titled Mukti Bandhan.
This show will take viewers to two extreme worlds with stories that pan out from one end of the spectrum to another. The production house has erected a huge set that would showcase the millionaire's house. The set is actually the biggest set when compared to all the shows that are running on COLORS. Starting from the fascinating interiors in the mansion, the lavish swimming pool set up outside to the capsule lifts constructed, everything inside the set is a stunning piece of work and will be a delight to watch.
Talking about the lavish and appealing set put up for her show, Producer Shobhna Desai told TellyBuzz, "Yes, we had to make such a huge set as the script demanded for it. The central character in our show is a multi-millionaire. Even the novel from which our show has been adapted described the huge bungalow first which is the premise of the story. I have personally taken care of each and everything that has been put up in the set, starting from the chandelier, lamp etc. I want to give the best to the channel as they have shown their trust in me. This is one reason why I took up the huge responsibility of decorating the set on myself. I love to work and this is my passion".
Shobhna Desai did talk of the master mind behind the making of this huge set, "I had asked him to stay in the press conference so that I could introduce him to the media. But he told me that he needs to complete his work first and will only then appear before the media. I am proud to have such people working in my company".
Shobhna Desai took leave of us after saying, "We have given our 100% to the show, and now it is up to the audience to make it a success".
